In response
to growing multiculturalism and its ramifications in business and
daily life, IF offers the Golden Rule Workshop to schools,
businesses, places of worship and civic organizations free of
charge. Using quotations from thirteen faiths, The Workshop
focuses on the common ethical ground shared by billions of people.
Its goal is to provide a practical way to cut through misconceptions
and begin creating positive interaction across what might otherwise
seem impenetrable religious, racial, social and ethical divisions.
Built-in flexibility allows The Workshop to be tailored to
varying group sizes and age ranges and to be conducted in a variety
of formats, as required. Following are texts of the Golden
Rule as they appear in six major faiths.
If you have
questions, would like further information, or would like to schedule
a workshop, please contact Jenifer McDermott, 864/676-2020 or
jenimac@charter.net.
